ENTRANCE
The main entrance to Typhoon Lagoon is on Buena Vista Drive, just to the west of Downtown Disney. In fact, the the road that takes you to Typhoon Lagoon is a four-way stop and also takes you into the Downtown Disney West Side parking lot. Once you turn south into the Typhoon Lagoon area, you wind through a treed path where signs tell you the story of Typhoon Lagoon. After the path, the road opens up into the parking lot.
Upon arriving at the front entrance of Typhoon Lagoon itself, you will find the ticket windows to buy tickets, or if you already have them, you can enter the main gates. Once inside the gates, you will immediately see the first photo opportunity. To its right is the path that winds you to the interior of the park. Along the path you will see Fresh Shoes and Mini Donuts. You come out of the path near the area by Singapore Sal’s, High ‘N Dry, and the dressing rooms. From there you can access the rest of Typhoon Lagoon.
Enjoy the tropical decor both inside the park and outside the park. Despite its close location to a busy area, once you enter the Typhoon Lagoon area you definitely feel that you have entered a different world.
