The Mountain Trail at Typhoon Lagoon is located directly behind the surf pool and directly in front of the park’s showcase item, Mount Mayday. These trails are filled with lush greenery and winding trails. They go by canyons and waterfalls. Some of the best photo opportunities in Typhoon Lagoon can be had on the Mountain Trail. It is a serene place between numerous slides and the massive surf pool. For those who prefer to enjoy the more aesthetic side of Walt Disney World, this is a prime place to spend a little bit of time.
