Astro Orbiter

Astro Orbiter in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom might make you remember Buck Rogers flying through space in an enclosed rocket.  You ride in two seat rockets that circle around the central axis, high above Rockettower Plaza.  For some, this is Dumbo on steriods.  It is much higher than Dumbo, so be careful if heights are not your thing.  Also, the rockets rise and fall based on controls inside.  So if you’re riding with a preschooler or elementary child, plan to be up high the whole time.  Because it is a cycle ride, there are a limited number of people per ride, so the wait can get pretty long.
