Backlot Express

The Backlot Express in Echo Lake at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is located near the exit from the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular.  It is also next to Star Tours.  This is an pen air restaurant with plenty of shade.  Menu items include burgers, sandwiches, and salads.  It tends to get packed when Indiana Jones lets out near midday.
