Norway

Norway is one of the more unique pavilions in the World Showcase, as it is home to the hottest meal ticket at Epcot and the favorite ride in the World Showcase for most under the age of 21. Add to that the quaint architecture that resembles a Scandinavian village, the replica of the Akershus Castle, built in the 1300s, and a replica of a Viking ship. The ride, Maelstrom, is a part water ride, part movie. The main restaurant, inside of Akershus Castle, is home to the Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. In addition, there is a café that we think is one of Epcot’s best, a museum about the Vikings, and a store that winds through one entire side of the pavilion.
