Chefs de France
Chefs de France is the main French restaurant, located in the large building with the long glass windows overlooking the promenade and the main French street. In addition to a large indoor eating area, there are also some outdoor tables, reminding some of the ambiance of a Parisian café. The chefs here are Paul Bocuse, Gaston LeNotre, and Roger Verge, the French culinary legends who also oversee the gourmet Bistro de Paris on the upper floor of the Chefs de France building. Passersby can easily look inside the dining area, and the guest here have a very nice view of the promenade and the lagoon. In addition to salmon, ribs, and roasted chicken, Chefs de France is home to an extensive French wine selection.
