Bistro de Paris
Bistro de Paris is most likely Epcot’s most elegant restaurant. It occupies the second floor of the building that houses Chefs de France on the lower level. The entrances are inside Chefs de France and behind the building, near the entrance to Boulangerie Patisserie. Access is strictly limited to guests with reservations. The chefs that make this their part-time home are three French culinary legends: Paul Bocuse, Gaston LeNotre, and Roger Verge. Menu items here change somewhat frequently, but you can expect to usually find fish, lobster, duck, lamb, and beef entrees.
