Frosty The Joe Man is located adjacent to the beach and Melt-Away Bay on the left side of Blizzard Beach. This is a convenient place to grab a drink, non-alcoholic, including lattes and coffee. Frosty The Joe Man is seasonal, meaning it will sometimes be open between May and September and at Christmas.
