Runoff Rapids

Runoff Rapids is located at the far back left of Blizzard Beach, behind Melt-Away Bay and the Downhill Double Dipper. It is a large weave of three enclosed tube raft slides. Riders may choose between the middle tube, which is only for single riders, or the outside tubes, which allow riders in one, two, or three person rafts. There is a lengthy walk around the left side of the park to get to Runoff Rapids. Upon entering, there is a long, winding staircase to the top. This may be the most disorienting of Blizzard Beach’s slides because it is mostly in the dark and twists quite a bit. Even so, most everyone finds Runoff Rapids to be great fun.
