Camp Minnie-Mickey

Camp Minnie-Mickey the character central at Animal Kingdom. This is the place to meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, and see Pocahontas, Timon, Pumba and Simba. At Camp Minnie-Mickey, you can enjoy soft serve ice cream, greeting characters, Pocahontas and her animal friends, and one of Walt Disney World’s best presentations in the Festival of the Lion King.

Camp Minnie-Mickey is designed to feel like a campground and it does a pretty good job of that. From the point you cross the bridge from Discovery Island, you see the creek running alongside the promenade and notice the more natural atmosphere. Take a look at the little “ducks” fishing and enjoy the spirit of camping, Disney-style.
